2. Service description
Mastrmine is a monitoring and control application for Bitcoin ASIC miners (Whatsminer, Antminer, Avalon). The Service includes:
- A mobile client (Android, iOS V1.5) and web
- A system service "bridge" installed on the customer's LAN
- A cloud infrastructure hosted in Europe (Supabase eu-central-1)
3. Registration and subscription
Using the Service requires creating an account. The Free tier is free and limited to 2 miners. Paid tiers (Home, Pro, Studio, Operator) are available via monthly or annual subscription.
Payments are processed via NOWPayments (USDT/BTC crypto) or Lemon Squeezy (card/SEPA, Merchant of Record). All crypto payments are final (no chargeback).
4. Commitment and cancellation
All subscriptions are without commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period (no pro-rata refund).
5. Intellectual property
The source code, the "Mastrmine" trademark, logos and associated designs are the exclusive property of Anthony Claverie. Any reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Mastrmine cannot be held liable for decisions made automatically by automations (PMAX, Thermal Guard) configured by the user. The user configures their thresholds at their own responsibility.
Mastrmine does not guarantee 100% Service availability but commits to a best-effort uptime.

8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before competent courts in France.
